Sep 28, 2016 #1 I am new to synths (not new to music production) and from what I've researched Arturia's V Collection 5 and Spectrasonics's Omnispehre 2 are the two I've been looking at, both are the same price at 500 bucks. It's very solid synth with amazing design and sound but unfortunately I can't say the same when it comes to its effects section. All the effects sound very cheap and pure as for my taste.
